Chief Executive Officer
Special Warfare Operator Chief Petty Officer Aaron Kendle is a Navy SEAL with over a decade of experience. Aaron has served at multiple Naval Special Warfare commands including Team 7, Development Group and TRADET. He has six deployments to numerous locations around the globe including Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Aaron has been awarded a Bronze Star with Valor, Presidential Unit Citation, multiple Commendation medals and combat action ribbons.
Aaron is currently completing his Bachelor of Professional Studies in Business and Management with Excelsior College and is an expected 2018 graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development.
Paul Polakowski III
Paul Polakowski joined the SEAL Future Fund in July of 2015 to assist with the SFF’s development and expansion. Paul is the founder of Ruby Street Capital (RSC), a private investment firm that is an active investor in the global credit and commodity markets as well as in early stage and emerging growth companies. Mr. Polakowski has over 18 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance. Prior to founding RSC, Paul was an investment associate at DB Capital Partners (the North American private equity affiliate of Deutsche Bank) and an investment banking analyst in the Global Communications & Media Group at Lehman Brothers.
Paul received a dual BA in economics and government from Connecticut College and holds a certificate in premedical sciences from Columbia University.
Brian Martelli co-founded the SEAL Future Fund as a transition platform after identifying a significant opportunity within an undeveloped military infrastructure.
While Chairman, Brian scaled the SFF across the United States and was selected by the US Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship to assist in writing legislative policy for veterans on Capitol Hill. Prior to the SFF, Mr. Martelli was Co-Founder & CEO of Kapture, an ad/tech platform where he built a world-class engineering team. Brian spent over a decade in Institutional Equities, primarily at Deutsche Bank, helping transform an initial 8-person New York team into a global organization. He has been an angel investor in several technology start-ups including two Tech Crunch Disrupt winners and played professional soccer in South America at age 19.
Managing Director, Founding Team
Yenieneh Yesus is responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the SEAL Future Fund. Prior to joining the SFF, Mr. Yesus worked as a computer programmer and systems architect, eventually becoming the Director of Engineering at Cliqk Digital, a design firm based in New York City that provides IT engineering and automation services to commercial and residential clients.
Mr. Yesus served in the United States Marine Corps as a special operations force operator in the elite Second Force Reconnaissance Company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Harvard University.
Jonathan Wilson is the co-founder of the SEAL Future Fund and is a Navy SEAL with over a decade of experience. He has deployed numerous times to locations including Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa. He has been awarded the Presidential Unit Citation, Joint Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Achievement Medal, and various other honors.
In 2012, Mr. Wilson was selected as 1 of 15 of the initial 300 applicants to the inaugural Veterans Internship Program at Goldman Sachs & Co and was subsequently hired as a trading associate in New York. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, graduated from the Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development and was recently accepted into the graduate business school at the University of Oxford in England.
Jeff Boss is a former SEAL whose eight deployments have resulted in 4 Bronze Stars with Valor, 2 Purple Hearts, 2 Presidential Unit citations, multiple Joint Commendation Medals with Valor, and six combat action ribbons for leadership and tactical acumen, among others. He retired as a member of Naval Special Warfare Development Group.
Now a sought-after expert on leadership, culture change, and high-performance teams, Mr. Boss writes weekly for Forbes and Entrepreneur and is an Adaptability Coach and consultant to individuals and organizations.
Jeff holds a BA in Spanish from Ohio State and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.
Jay Cecil currently works at Point72 Asset Management,where he focuses on public investing in healthcare. His 17-year career in life sciences also includes Caxton AlternativeManagement, Caxton Associates, Piper Jaff ray and Montgomery Securities.
He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Biotechnology from UPenn, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lehigh University.
Allison Wilson is responsible for managing the community outreach activities of the SEAL Future Fund including all fundraising and networking events. Allison has been involved in the SFF from the beginning hosting and organizing events and raising awareness within the community.
Allison is a licensed real estate professional and the CEO and founder of My Savvy Stork, a boutique maternity concierge business. She is also the proud mother of five beautiful children.
